Job Responsibilities

  • The mission of the programme manager to is transform the client’s organization to a user-centred organization.
  • To foster a cross-functional team culture.
  • To deploy design-thinking toolkits and user-centred best practices and install the spirit of user-first approach across the organization.
  • Work across multiple disciples like engineering, technology, design, UX, sales and marketing etc. to drive the programme from initiation to completion.

Experience Required

  • Extensive previous experience leading transformation programmes in large organizations, driving either digital initiatives, innovation or concept development programmes and design thinking programme initiatives.
  • Proven experience in leading stakeholders from multi-disciplinary project teams..
  • Previous experience from either automotive, consumer products and telecommunications sectors.
  •  General grasp or hand-on experience in digital technologies, user experience design and marketing.
  • Have excellent analytical, communication and organizational skill.
  • Being able to multi-task.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders on technical decisions.
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Act as a mentor to more Junior staff members.
  • Strong customer facing experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Agile and lean development methodologies
  • Design thinking and user-centric design methodologies
  • Abilities to work in User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Customer Journey’s, and User Research Studies
  • Stakeholder management

Educational Requirements

Relevant Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent degree
